Ingredients

Prep Time: 5 mins, Cooking Time 15 mins
1-2 Serving
  1. 1Big size Potato, boiled and grated
  2. 3 TbspCabbage, finely chopped
  3. 3 Tbsp Carrot, 🥕 grated
  4. 2 Tbsp Green Peas
  5. 3 Tbsp Rice flour
  6. 2 Tbsp Besan (gram flour)
  7. 1 Tbsp Garlic Green Chilli paste
  8. 1/4 Tsp Red Chilli Powder+ 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder+ 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder+ 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder+ 1 Pinch Pepper Powder (all spices add acording to your taste)
  9. 1 medium size Onion, finely chopped+ 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves, Chopped+ 1 Pinch Hing+Salt to taste+ 1 Tbsp water, as per required
  10. Oil for cooking, as per required

Steps

Prep Time: 5 mins, Cooking Time 15 mins
  1. 1

    In a big bowl, add grated potato, carrot, cabbage, onion, green peas, all above the spices, chopped coriander leaves, garlic green chilli paste, rice flour, besan, hing and salt mix it well combine together. If required add 1 Tbsp water and mix it.

    Shape heart shape cutlets from cutter or flate round tikkis.

    Heat a kadhai on medium flame,add oil. Once oil hot, pour the cutlets and deep fry until crispy, crunchy and golden colour of both sides on low to medium flame. Drain on paper towel.
