In a big bowl, add grated potato, carrot, cabbage, onion, green peas, all above the spices, chopped coriander leaves, garlic green chilli paste, rice flour, besan, hing and salt mix it well combine together. If required add 1 Tbsp water and mix it.

Shape heart shape cutlets from cutter or flate round tikkis.

Heat a kadhai on medium flame,add oil. Once oil hot, pour the cutlets and deep fry until crispy, crunchy and golden colour of both sides on low to medium flame. Drain on paper towel.

Your Crispy, Crunchy Vegetable Cutlet Is Ready To Serve. Serve With Elaichi Wali Chai Or Masala Chai 🥰
Tips
When making vegetable cutlet, then just prepare mixture, make more crispy and crunchy cutlet.
