Toasting the vermicelli: In a pan over low heat, add the coconut and coconut oil and stir until golden brown.

Take a small dish, put half the amount of toasted coconut in the bottom and press it down firmly with a spoon.

Place a layer of cream cheese and triangles on top of the coconut. Or add cream like I did.

Place the remaining amount of toasted coconut on top of the cheese and press down gently.

You can put it in the oven for just 5 minutes to melt the cheese or cream and set the ingredients.

You can make syrup with stevia sweetener and rose water (optional).

Refrigerate it to set.
