Boil spinach, cool, and blend into a paste.

Heat oil in a kadhai, add chopped garlic, onion sauté until light brown.

Add turmeric, garam masala, and coriander powder. Stir for a few seconds.

Add chopped tomato and cook until soft.

Add peas and cook for 2 minutes.

Mix in spinach paste and salt. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring well.

Mix well.ready to serve
Tips
For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
