In a bowl add corn kernels, and all the spices and cilantro. Mix well, by squeezing to release the water of corn.

Add gram flour and mix well. Add a little water or besan, if required, to bind the mixture.
Heat oil in a wok. - 3
Form small balls and drop in the oil. Fry on medium heat till pakoras turn crispy and golden.

Remove on kitchen paper.

Serve with chutney, raita, ketchup.
