Heat oil in a pan, fry tofu cubes until golden on all sides, then set aside.

Chop broccoli into florets and blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes.

In the same pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add broccoli and tofu, season with soy sauce and salt. Toss to combine.

(Optional) Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
Tips
For extra flavor, consider marinating the tofu in soy sauce for 15 minutes before frying.
