Clean and chop all ingredients
Coarsely chop onion 🧅 garlic 🧄 haldi and fresh red chillies 🌶️ in a mixer or food processor. Heat oil in a kadai, crackle some hing and jeera. - 2

Sauté the onion 🧅 garlic 🧄 and red chillies mix for 3-4 mins.
Add spices, tomatoes 🍅 dahi and mix nicely. - 4

Cover and let it cook till oil separates.
You can add little water in between if required. - 7
Add green garlic 🧄 and fresh coriander ; cook 2-3 mins & enjoy with bajra roti 🫓
