Wash and cut the kale into small pieces

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan

Add the chopped kale and cook them till golden brown

Add the tomatoes and cook the till soft.

Then add the chopped kales and cook for 10 minutes

Serve with rice or Ugali.
