White Peach Granita

In January in Melbourne where I live, shops are full of summer fruits. White Peaches are special to me because I grew up in Okayama prefecture, Japan, that produces White Peaches, and it is famous for ‘Momotarō’ (Peach Boy) folktale. Today I made this Granita, a simple summer dessert. If you have sweet and fragrant White Peaches, it is easy to make.
