Had a lot of overripe bananas and wanted to make a healthy version for my toddler. This is delicious, moist AND toddler approved! Sweet without added sugar.
Steps

Preheat oven to 170°C (fan 160°C). Line a loaf tin.

Mash bananas until almost purée consistency.
- 3
Whisk in eggs, oil/butter, nut butter, and yoghurt until smooth.
- 4
Stir in flour, seeds, and cinnamon.
- 5
Pour into tin and bake 35–45 minutes, until a skewer comes out clean.
- 6
Let cool fully before slicing.
