Ingredients

20 minutes
  • 250 gmboiled potato
  • 3 tbsnOil
  • 2 nos cardamom
  • 2 noscloves
  • 2 noschinnamon
  • 1no bay leaf
  • 2 nosChopped onion
  • 2 nostomato puree
  • 1 tspn Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2tspn Turmeric powder
  • 1 tspn chilli powder
  • 1 tspn coriander powder
  • 10 gmspoppy seeds
  • 1/2shell coconut
  • leavesCoriander

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pan add oil, add all spices, Onion, ginger garlic paste and tomato paste cook till 5 minutes.

    Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, coconut paste and water cook 10 minutes.

    Add boiled potato and coriander leaves cook another 2 minutes.
