Mix the yeast, the sugar and the water. and wait for 15 min to look like the photo.

In a mixer put the flour, the oil, the water and the mix of the yeast and sugar. and little before the end add the salt. until it all mixets.

Wait for an hour and a half for it to grow.

Drizzle the bread as needed (50 g to 100 g) and let the balls rest for a while.

After making shapes put in the oven on 180 degrees, and cheke every 5-10 min.
