Boil eggs (4 minutes in high pressure pan). Steam potatoes (15 minutes in high pressure pan)

Put salt and pepper on eggs. Mash potatoes well and mix salt, pepper, milk powder and minced onion.

Flour the egg and wrap the egg with mashed potatoes.

Flour the potato and put beaten egg and panko crumbs

Fry in 2cm deep vegetable oil till the color good brown.

Cut and dish.
