This is a common Kikuyu dish which consists of starch dishes and blended pumpkin leaves.
Steps

Boil the maize until soft then put aside.

Then boil the potatoes in salty water till soft.

Also boil the pumpkin leaves and set aside.

Then drain the water from the pumpkin leaves and blend using the water that has been boiling.

Once the potatoes are soft drain water and MASH them.

In a big sauce pot combine all the 3 starches salt to taste and margarine or blueband.

Mash until well combined.

Serve with meat.
