Soak sabudana in water for at least 3 hours. Chop green chilli and potato into small pieces.

Crush the peanuts. Heat oil in a wok, add potato, green chilli, and crushed peanuts. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Add soaked sabudana, salt, pepper, and red chilli powder. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes. Add lemon juice.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Tips
Ensure the sabudana is well-soaked for the best texture.
