Potato Poha Cutlet
Tea time snack or side dish for lunch or dinner

In a bowl add boiled mashed potatoes. To this add grinded poha powder, finely chopped onions, green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves, salt, gram flour and powdered masala. Mix all ingredients very well. Sprinkle little water and make a dough.

Apply oil to hands. Take lemon size dough and flatten it to round shape.

Heat oil in a pan and gently place the cutlets one by one into hot oil and shallow fry on both sides till crispy and golden brown.

Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
