Spaghetti alla Carbonara
A classic and delicious pasta dish.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook the bacon with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil until browned.

When the water boils, cook the spaghetti. In a bowl, beat the egg with some grated cheese and a pinch of salt.

When the spaghetti is ready, drain the pasta and add the bacon pieces. Finally, add the egg mixture. Toss everything together and serve.
