Delicious and nutritious fruit smoothies for babies (6 to 12 months). I used apple, but you can use your favorite fruit (banana, apple, pear). You can also combine with yogurt and dried fruits (for babies 1 year and older).

Delicious and nutritious fruit smoothies for babies (6 to 12 months). I used apple, but you can use your favorite fruit (banana, apple, pear). You can also combine with yogurt and dried fruits (for babies 1 year and older).

Peel and wash the apple well, then cut it into small cubes.

In a blender, combine the Nestum, milk, apple, and sugar. Blend for 6 minutes until very creamy.

Serve the amount you want for your child in a cup or preferred container. Store any leftovers in a glass container in the refrigerator for no more than 2 or 3 days.
