  1. 2.2 lbssail ribs (about 1 kg)
  2. 5large eggs
  3. 1 tablespoonminced onion and garlic
  4. Seasonings

    Rinse the ribs thoroughly, soak in water for 15 minutes, then rinse several more times. Marinate with fish sauce, salt, sugar, seasoning powder, and caramel sauce for 15 minutes. Sauté the minced onion and garlic until fragrant, then add the ribs and stir well.

    Add water, fish sauce, salt, sugar, seasoning powder, and caramel sauce, then bring to a boil. Boil the eggs, peel them, and add to the pot.

    Simmer until the ribs are tender. Adjust the seasoning to taste and serve.
