Rinse the ribs thoroughly, soak in water for 15 minutes, then rinse several more times. Marinate with fish sauce, salt, sugar, seasoning powder, and caramel sauce for 15 minutes. Sauté the minced onion and garlic until fragrant, then add the ribs and stir well.
