Avocado and Egg Toast

Toast the bread on both sides until golden and crispy.

Mash the avocado with a fork until creamy. Add a few drops of lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

Fry the eggs sunny side up, leaving the yolk runny. Remove and drain any excess oil.

Spread the mashed avocado on the toasted bread. Place the egg on top and enjoy.
