Spread the bread with your usual tomato sauce for bread.

Cut the bread into small squares and arrange them on a tray.

Place a piece of cheese and half an olive on each bread square, securing them with toothpicks.

Peel the potato and cut it into pieces. On each piece of potato, place a slice of mortadella and a grape, securing with toothpicks so they stay together.
