In a mixing jar add cooked rice and little water. Make a smooth paste.

In a mixing bowl add rice paste, besan, all vegetables and salt. Gradually add water add make a semi thick batter.

Heat a tawa or pan brush oil then add one spatula batter. Cook for 2-3 mintues, when one side cooked and becomes golden colour flip the pancake, then cook another side. You can make 3-4 pancake in a same time. Serve with raita or green chutney.
