Easter Bunny Chocolate Cake

Preheat oven to 160°C / Gas mark 3.

Butter the Easter bunny cake tin thoroughly.

In a bowl, mix flour, Benco chocolate powder (or dark cocoa powder), salt, sugar, and bicarbonate of soda.

Whisk the dry ingredients together.

Add the egg and mix well.
- 6
Add vanilla extract, then olive oil, then milk, mixing after each.
- 7
Pour in boiling water and mix until smooth.

Pour batter into the prepared cake tin.

Bake for at least 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

Let cool before removing from the tin. I didn't remove the cake from the tin. It was delicious. A nice surprise for my son on Easter Sunday.
Tips
Butter the cake tin so you can remove it easily.
