  • 2 tspcrystal sugar
  • 2 tspsoaked chia seeds
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1/8 tsppink salt
  • 1/8 tspblack salt
  • 3mints leaves
  • 2ice cubes
  • Chilled water as required

    Soak chia seeds for 2 hours.

    Wash and peel off ice apple.

    Blend in blender, and make smooth pulp. Add crystal sugar, pink salt, black salt, lemon juice, and chilled water as required.

    Take a long glass, add soaked chia seeds, and 2 cubes ice.

    Now pour chilled ice apple juice. Add roughly cut mint leaves. Squeeze lemon juice. Stir well.

At the age of 18, I got married to a huge joint family and started my new journey. My family loves my dishes and appreciates me. Especially my husband and my son. So, day by day, I improved myself, and today, cooking is my hobby, my passion. My husband, Mr. Kamal Sampat always supports and motivates me.
