  • 500 gramsmango
  • 2-3 table spoonsugar or as per taste or sweetness of mango
  • 1/4 cup water or ice cubes

8 to 10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash mangoes nicely

    Roughly chop it and add in a mixer jar.

    Add sugar and mix it well

    Grind it to a smooth fine consistency.

    Adjust consistency and sugar.Also refrigerate it for sometime

    Serve chilled with puri or paratha or roti.It depends upon your fine.
