Take boiled rice at room temperature in a bowl.

Now add the curd to the rice.

Now add chopped ginger and chopped green chillies, salt to the curd and rice mixture and mix well.

Now for the tempering heat oil in a pan.

Once hot add the dry red chillies, mustard seeds, urad dal, asafoedita and curry leaves.

Once they splutter, turn off the stove and let the tempering cool down to room temperature.

Once cooled pour the prepared tempering on the prepared curd and rice mixture and mix well.

Once done transfer to a bowl and serve
