Soak Dal for 6-7 hours and grind into a smooth paste by adding salt + little little water.
Whisk for 4-5 minutes by adding baking soda, batter turns fluffy.
Heat oil, drop small small portions of batter and deep fry till golden brown and immediately dip in water for 1-2 minutes. - 2
In a mixing bowl / serving bowl add curd, whisk well, then add salt + sugar + special roasted masala and give a good mix, also add water as per desired consistency.

Transfer the fritters which is dipped in water and then transfer to the spiced curd and allow to dunk in it for 3 - 4 hours.

Keep in refrigerator, pour little more additional curd and garnish with desired toppings.
