Ingredients

  1. 100 gHot smoked salmon
  2. 200 gCooked rice
  3. 50 g(chopped) Kimchi
  4. 1/2(thinly sliced) Cucumber
  5. 1/4(shredded) Carrot
  6. 2 tbspMayonnaise
  7. 1 tbspSriracha sauce
  8. 2 tbspFried onions (optional)
  9. 1 pinchSalt
  10. 1 tbspRice vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix chopped kimchi into cooked rice, then press into a pan and fry until crispy on both sides.

    Slice cucumber and toss with salt and rice vinegar.

  3. 3

    Shred carrot thinly.

  4. 4

    Flake hot smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces.

  5. 5

    Place crispy kimchi rice in a bowl, top with cucumber, carrot, and salmon.

  6. 6

    Drizzle with mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.

  7. 7

    Sprinkle fried onions on top if desired.

Tips

Feel free to adjust the amount of kimchi based on your spice preference!
