Dark Chocolate Coconut Bark

Back in the US was the most amazing chocolate/candy store that I have ever experienced. My favorite part of it was living close by. The milkshakes were amazing, jellybeans of every imaginable flavor, suckers with bugs or scorpions in them ( which are good ) and my absolute favorite their coconut clusters. Ingredients

2-3 minutes
3-4 people
  1. 1 1/2 cdark chocolate
  2. 1 1/2 tbspbutter
  3. 1/4 cmilk
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1 tspinstant coffee
  6. 1 ctoasted coconut
    Toasted coconut

  1. 1

    First let me say my chocolate is not real, I encourage you to use the best chocolate you can find. Since mine is not real I’m doing some simple changes to help the chocolate to taste like real. In a small pot melt the chocolate with butter and milk on a low heat. Add salt and coffee.

    Stir continuously until all is melted and turn off. Let this cool for about 4-5 minutes and add toasted coconut. Put into small candy molds or 1 large.

    Let this harden in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hrs.

    The perfect buttery texture with a crunch that I love ❤️ this is my husbands first time ever having a candy like this and he keeps coming for more 🎉😘 make it your best day !

Tips

Be sure to stir continuously so the chocolate does not stick to the bottom. If you are using real chocolate and it’s very hard use butter and milk as in recipe. If the chocolate you use is semi hard the cut the butter and milk in half. If you’re using white chocolate omit the coffee.
