  1. 200 gmButtermilk
  2. 2medium Boiled potatoes
  3. 1medium Cucumber
  4. 1 tspOil
  5. 1 tspBlack salt
  6. 1 tspRoasted cumin powder
  7. 1/2 tspChaat masala
  8. 1/4 tspChilli flakes
  9. 2 tbspMint leaves

  1. 1

    Peel and dice the boiled potatoes and cucumber.heat oil in pan add potatoes and Fry the potatoes for 2 minutes or until they turn light golden.

    In a bowl, combine buttermilk, black salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, and chilli flakes.

    Add diced potatoes, cucumber, and mint leaves to the bowl.

    Drizzle oil over the mixture and stir gently to combine.

    Serve chilled as a side dish.

Tips

For an extra touch, you can chill the buttermilk before mixing it with the other ingredients to enhance the refreshing taste.
