Roti Roll

Give your leftover roti dough a delicious twist with these roti rolls. Soft dough is filled with a flavorful poha stuffing, which is made quickly. Rotis are rolled into small size, then stuffed. Give your leftover roti dough a delicious twist with these roti rolls. Soft dough is filled with a flavorful poha stuffing, which is made quickly. Rotis are rolled into small size, then stuffed. These rolls are then shallow-fried until golden and crispy from both sides. Perfect as a quick snack or tiffin option. Do try it out!!!

Take Left over roti dough. Or you can knead the dough like roti dough. I have ready roti dough. Firstly knead it. Then make 3 big balls from it.

Roll the doough ball like roti. Roll thin roti. Make big sized poori with the help of cookie cutter. once rot is ready, heat pan or tawa. Roast very little each roti over tawa. Roti has small bubbles starts while roasting, take it out from tawa and keep into plate.Roast all rotis in the same way. Cover and keep roasted rotis aside.

Let's prepare stuffing. In a mixing bowl, add thick poha. Add chopped onions, tomato, green chili, grated ginger, chat masala, garam masala,chat masala, coriander- jeera powder, red chili powder, salt, sugar, chopped coriander leaves. combine spices with poha well. stuffing is ready cover & keep it aside. Rest it for 20 min until piha turns little soft.

Let's now assemble roll. Take one roasted ready roti on platform. Apply wheat flour(wheat flour + water) paste to the edges of roti roti. Place stuffing at one side. Cover by folding half part of roti over stuffing. Put opposite side over folded part of roll. Press sides of the roll so that it sticks and stuffing should not come out.

Make all rolls in the same way. Keep all the rolls covered so that don't get dry. Let's us fry or shallow fry rolls. Heat oil in pan. Place rolls into pan. Flip them after 2-3 min to fry it's other side.

Fry until brown color appears. Take out ready roll into plate. Fry all the rolls into batches. Serve hot with timato sauce or mint chutney. Enjoy rolls as a snack or tiffin box.
