Spaghetti with green grams(ndengu)

Boil water in sufuria with salt.

Cut the spaghetti in the boiled water in desirable size and wait for some minutes.

When ready,sieve the spaghetti and pass to cold water.

Cut onions in dice and put oil then followed with carrots also in the same size.
- 5
Blunch the mixture for a short time then put the cold spaghetti and mix together.
- 6
Put onions cut in ring cooking oil and green grams together in a sufuria and let it cook for 5mins.
- 7
Serve the food.
