Ingredients

  1. Ordinary chips
  2. spices (chilli powder, turmeric powder, black or white pepper, garlic powder)
  3. garlic (optional)
  4. tomato sauce
  5. tomato paste
  6. water
  7. salt
  8. onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice the onions into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Using a pan, heat it over medium heat, add the diced onions,and cook till golden brown. Add crashed garlic(Optional).

  3. 3

    Add the spices, tomato paste, tomato ketchup, salt and mix well to heat it throughly. Sprinkle some water to get a wet sauce.

    Toss the leftover chips in it and stir to coat with the sauce mixture

    Serve once you are satisfied with how they look.
