In a pan place a rice paper, break 2 eggs and spread evenly on the rice paper

Mince the shrimps, coat with cornflour and slice the onions fine. Mix all

Place on the rice paper add chilli oil and fold one side, add oil now and on low flame fry

The omelette is ready. Make a sauce of chilli oil and soya sauce mix.

Plate and drizzle the sauce
