I have always heard people talk of good chapos made from cold water so I wanted to give it a try.

Gradually add cold water, mixing to form a dough.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.

Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

Divide and roll out into thin circles.

Cook on a hot pan until both sides are golden.

Let cool, then store any extras in an airtight container in the fridge.

Serve with stew of your choice
Tips
For best results, ensure the dough is well-kneaded and rested. You can reheat chapos on a pan to keep them soft.
