Let rest 5 minutes before cutting.

Cook each bag of broccoli in the microwave per bag's instructions.

Drain, add salt, and squeeze lemon.

Cut potatoes in small cubes, toss with oil, salt, and pepper.

Cook in air fryer for 15 minutes at 400 degrees, flipping halfway.
