In large skillet over medium-high heat, add in the olive oil.

Season both sides of chicken breasts with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.

Sear chicken breasts on each side for 3-4 each then remove from skillet.

Reduce heat to low. Add in butter and allow to melt, then add diced onions and bell peppers.

Allow veggies to cook down for 2-3 minutes.

Add in flour and stir together to form a roux.

Allow roux to cook on low for 2-3 minutes while constantly stirring.

Add in chicken broth and chicken bouillon powder then stir to combine until no clumps are present.

Turn heat to medium and stir occasionally as it starts to thicken.

Add chicken breasts back to skillet and allow mixture to simmer for 10-15 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.

Remove chicken from skillet and shred using two forks.

Place shredded chicken back into skillet and stir to combine with the gravy.
