Creamy Corn on Toast

Heat butter in a pan. Add crushed garlic and saute till golden brown. Then add chopped onion and saute till it gets transparent. Then add green capsicum and mix well. Put lid on it for a minute.

Now add corn kernels. Mix it and again put lid and cook well.

Now when everything cooks well add oregano, chilli flakes and wheat flour and mix it. Now add milk. Stir it well, put lid over it and make a boil.

After it gets thick add cheese slice and salt and mix well together. Creamy sauce is ready.

Now heat a butter on pan and toast the bread slices over it. Apply ready sauce on toasted bread and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes over it. Cut the slices and serve.
