Steps
- 1
In a bowl, whisk pudding mix, evaporated milk, and condensed milk until smooth. Chill to set.
- 2
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar until fluffy. Fold in whipped topping.
- 3
In a dish, layer cookies, then sliced bananas.
- 4
Combine pudding mixture and cream cheese mixture.
- 5
Put combined mixture on top of banana layer. Finishing with cookies on top. Garnish with extra cookies if desired.
- 6
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Tips
For a richer flavor, consider using homemade whipped cream instead of store-bought. Also if you want it to be easier buy premade Philadelphia cheesecake filling instead of cream cheese mixture. Just skip that step and add it straight to your pudding!
