Place the ingredients except oil, flour, salt, chopped leaves, onion etc in a bowl mix all the ingredients well. no need to use water. use your fingers to combine them together. all ingredients should be coated with flour. sprinkle some water if needed. when you add a spoonful of hot oil, the pakoras will be crispy
