Fried Rice with Diced Liver

Steps

Heat vegetable oil in a pan on low heat, add onions and diced liver, sauté for 2 minutes.

Add parboiled rice, stir-fry for a few minutes until lightly toasted.

Pour in chicken stock, add seasoning cubes, curry powder, salt, and dried pepper.

Cover and cook on low heat until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

Add carrots, green beans, and spring onions, stir well and cook for 2 more minutes.

Serve hot with fried chicken on top.
Tips
Adjust seasoning to your taste and feel free to add any other vegetables you like!
