  • 1 tablespoonGreen chilli paste
  • 1 cupBoiled black chana
  • 1 tablespoonCumin powder
  • 1 tablespoonRed chilli paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tablespoonsChopped coriander
  • 2 tablespoonsOil
  • 1 tablespoonRed chilli powder

    Mash the boiled potato and black chana in a bowl.

    Add boiled quinoa, green chilli paste, cumin powder, red chilli paste, salt, chopped coriander, and red chilli powder.

    Mix well until the mixture is combined and holds together.

    Shape the mixture into small cutlets.

    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

    Place the cutlets in the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
