Steps

Wash the zucchini and slice them into thin rounds.

Finely chop the green onions and garlic. Sauté them in vegetable oil until fragrant.

Add the zucchini, season with salt, and cook for a few minutes until slightly softened.

Let the mixture cool a little.

Grate the cheese and mix it with the eggs.

Combine the zucchini mixture with the cheese and eggs, stirring well.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper and place the puff pastry inside, allowing the edges to hang over slightly.

Prick the bottom with a fork and spread the filling evenly.

Fold the edges of the pastry inward, leaving the center partially uncovered.

Brush the edges with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sweet paprika or dried tomatoes.

Bake at 180°C (355°F) for 35–40 minutes or until golden brown.
