Ingredients

  • 1Mango pulp
  • Pinchyellow food colour
  • according to your sweetCondensed milk
  • 1/2 cupMilk powder
  • 1/2 cupLiquid milk
  • Fresh cream

Steps

  1. 1

    First collect pulp from mango and mash it.

  2. 2

    Add condensed milk and whisk.

  3. 3

    Add pinch of yellow food colour and mix again.

  4. 4

    Add milk powder, and mix.

  5. 5

    Add liquid milk

  6. 6

    Mix all well and add fresh cream.

  7. 7

    Mix all well and combine

  8. 8

    Refrigerate it

  9. 9

    Wait till it turns to ice cream

  10. 10

    And its done

Tips

Don't open the fridge and see frequently. Allow it to set completely as ice cream.
