Wash and soak cowpea for 5-6 hours.

Boil the cowpea.remove water and let them cool. When cool mash or grind them coarsely.

Chop onion,green chilli, coriander leaves keep aside.

Heat oil in pan, add cumin seeds and cook. Add chopped onion and garlic paste, and cook. Then add grinded cowpea, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix and remove from fire.

Mix and cool the mixture before shaping.

Add garam masala powder,dry mango powder and coriander flour mix keep aside for 10 minutes

Take small portion of mixture and give round shape.

Heat oil in pan and shallow fry cutlet at medium heat till golden brown in colour both side remove.

Serve hot with chutney.
