Nylon Poha Chivda

Sift and roast nylon poha in two batches in a large vessel until crisp.

Heat oil in a large pan. Fry peanuts and roasted chana dal until golden.Add cashews and almonds, sauté until lightly golden.Add raisins, curry leaves, and green chilies. Sauté until crisp.

In the same oil, add sesame seeds, dry red chilies, and asafoetida. Sauté briefly.Add turmeric and red chili powder, mix it well.

Now add roasted poha.Add all fried ingredients to the poha. Keep the flame low.Add salt and powdered sugar. Mix well for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat, cool completely, and store in an airtight container.
Tips
For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of garam masala or chaat masala before serving.
