Firstly take all flours,add all the spices,onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste,oil,salt and coriander leaves.mix it well.knead a dough by using water adding little by little

Make a dough rest it for 10 mins.cover it with wet cloth.take a lemon size ball pat it on a wet cloth or butter paper make it round tap it and make holes.

Take a non stick tawa or cast iron tawa flip the it on the tawa put hot on the holes and cover it.cook both sides.

Now it's ready serve with curd and white butter
