  • 2 cupsPre-boiled Githeri
  • 2 bunchesspinach
  • Avocado

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat Oil in a sufuria untill hot, Add cut onions and let cook.

  2. 2

    Add Tomato and let cook untill it forms paste

  3. 3

    Add your Pre-boiled Githeri and leave it to fry for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add spinach, let steam.

  5. 5

    Serve with Avocado balls for taste
