Palm oil rice with mackerel

Clean and was fish in hot water, set aside

Wash and parboil your rice, when soft, drain in a seive and set aside

Put sauce pan over moderate heat, add palm oil, allow to bleach, then add onion (sliced) and stir for a minute

Add your crayfish, pepper, knor cubes and salt to taste. Stir for even mixture... Add a little water depending on the hardness of the grains and allow to cook a bit.

Add the rice... Stir well.. Place mackerels on top, close the lid of pot and allow to cook.. Check with a wooden spatular to avoid burning. When water dries, it's ready
