Ingredients

4-serving
  1. 1 1/2 CupsAll purpose flour
  2. 1 CupMango pulp
  3. 1/2 CupMilk
  4. 3/4 CupSugar (can be reduced based on sweetness of mango)
  5. 1/2 TeaspoonSalt
  6. 5 TablespoonsOil
  7. 1 1/2 TeaspoonsBaking powder
  8. 1 TeaspoonBaking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit and Grease & line the pan,

  2. 2

    In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar & oil then to this add mango pulp, milk, vanilla, and mix well.

  3. 3

    In another small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt mix and now add this flour mixture to the mango-milk mixture and mix until everything combine well.

  4. 4

    Pour into the prepared tin. Tap so it's even.

  5. 5

    Bake it for 40 minutes or until done (check by inserting a knife or toothpick which should come out clean).

  6. 6

    Serve with a nice big blob of vanilla ice cream.
