Ingredients

  • 1 CupSpinach , cut finely
  • 1/4 Cupcream cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoongarlic , crushed
  • 1/2 Teaspoonginger , crushed
  • 1/2onion , chopped
  • 1 Cuppenne , boiled
  • 1 Tablespoonbutter salted ,

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute all ingredients but the cheese. Let it cook through for 2-3 mins. I like the onions to have a little crunch left.

  2. 2

    Transfer to a bowl, add the cheese in and blend.

  3. 3

    Pipe the filling into the penne.

  4. 4

    Pour some melted butter on top.

  5. 5

    Lick your fingers.
